Yathit not finding Contact

In relation to the Gmail plug-in, Yathit (Build number: 2.1.7) works well (if slow) usually in finding Contacts in SuiteCRM (Version 7.11.18).

However, it too frequently says "No match in CRM" when there clealy is a match (responses from a Campiagn from the same email address, name spellng etc.).

I don't want to create a Record since I already have one.

I've tried refeshing but it's not interested.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the report. This happen, running out of time when searching the CRM, mainly happen on the first addon show. The issue is slight improve by removing searching on target module.

Refreshing will not work, since the addon server will show the cache result. However refreshing is good idea, we will think about implementing refreshing link in case of "No match in CRM".
