Gdy rozpoczęliśmy testowanie Yathit, rozszerzenie było funkcjonalne, jednak liczba opcji i funkcjonalności, z których można korzystać dzisiaj jest nieporównywalnie większa. We use Yathit to handle email correspondence in our company for over a year. With this extension, the tracking of correspondence with customers in our CRM has become very easy. Anyone who uses SugarCRM or SuiteCRM is aware of the serious limitations, which Mail module has - search engine is rather poor and the interface is not flexible. With Yathit, Gmail and CRM have become inextricably linked, and working with the correspondence in the Sugar became a pleasure.
When we started testing Yathit, the extension was functional, but the number of features and functionalities that you can use today is incomparably greater. Week after week we observe the changes taking place and I will not conceal the fact that their scope is sometimes stunning. Moreover, cooperation with the developer is a model example of how to translate business needs into code. All our suggestions for changes and new functionalities have been taken into consideration and implemented, or added to the road map.
I recommend this extension to all Gmail and Sugar / Suite CRM users. In our case, when the CRM is integrated with the PBX, the account records include complete information on all communication between our employees and the customers.
